A contact counts when it is subscribed to at least one topic and not suppressed. Profiles that only receive transactional email are free. You can keep as many profiles as you like on any plan.

With pay-as-you-go on, you keep adding contacts and pay your plan's rate for each extra one: $0.008 on Pro, and on Scale a rate that steps down from $0.007 to $0.004. It is counted on the most billable contacts you had at any point in the month, not the count on the last day, and billed in blocks of 1,000 past what your plan includes. Without pay-as-you-go, new contacts are refused at the limit until you upgrade or switch it on. The Free plan stops at 400.

No. Flows are included on every plan, with a fair-use limit of 250,000 runs a month. The emails a flow sends count against your plan's emails like any other.

Rasket Inbox runs in your browser on any device, and it installs as an app. Mail apps such as Apple Mail and Outlook (IMAP and SMTP) are coming to the paid plans.

No, but we provide a free-forever plan: 3,000 emails a month, up to 100 a day. Sign up and send to your own address with no card at all. The full allowance switches on once you have verified a domain and added a payment method to your account. The Free plan still costs nothing.

With pay-as-you-go enabled, you can continue sending beyond your monthly quota and only pay for what you use. Overages are billed in buckets of 1,000 emails at your tier's overage rate: $0.60 on Pro, and on Scale a rate that steps down from $0.60 to $0.25 as your volume grows. Campaigns and flows draw from the same emails. It is on by default on a paid plan with a card on file, and you can switch it off in your team settings. With it off, once you reach your quota the API answers with a clear quota error until the period resets or you upgrade.

Each recipient of an accepted send counts as one email, whether it was sent through the API, a batch or the dashboard. Recipients on your suppression list are not counted, and canceling a scheduled email before it is sent gives the count back.

No. Only the Free plan has a daily limit of 100 emails. Pro, Scale and Enterprise are limited by their monthly quota alone, and by pay-as-you-go beyond it.
